Built from a real problem.
LiveMore didn't start as a concept on paper — it started from repeated, real-world conversations with the people traditional wearables leave behind.
As a team working closely with people in hands-on professions — including healthcare workers, tradespeople and operational roles — we kept hearing the same thing:
They either could not wear a watch at work or simply didn't want something on their wrist all day.
At the same time, many people wanted access to health and fitness data — just without the discomfort, distraction or visibility of traditional wearables.
That gap became the foundation for LiveMore.
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
A build-first approach — physical, iterative, deeply understood.
LiveMore has been built entirely from the ground up. What started as an idea quickly became physical — early prototypes were developed, tested and refined using off-the-shelf components, self-built systems and hands-on iteration.
Rather than outsourcing from day one, we took a build-first approach, allowing us to deeply understand every part of the product — from sensors and data flow to usability and real-world wear.
